CosmoKit Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CosmoKit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

CosmoKit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial development purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Subscriptions

CosmoKit offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4. Permitted Use

You may use CosmoKit to:

• Test iOS applications on the iOS Simulator
• Send push notifications to simulator devices
• Test deep links and location features
• Capture screenshots and recordings of simulators

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
